Course provisions
The course will take place with 3 or more participants. If more than one person of the same company applies for a course, we can offer you a price deduction for the second and all other participants.
Course documents
At the beginning of the course, we will hand out course documents. The course is structured in a way that in addition to the training manual, we will refer also to sections in the regular manuals. The manuals will be available as PDF file during the course. You can print the manuals listed in the course details and bring them to the course.
The manuals are available as PDF documents in the Download Area of our website.
Cancellation
Cancellation should be made as early as possible by telephone or in written form by e-mail. According to the time of the cancellation, the course money will be paid back in total or partially.
In case cancellation, the following charges will apply:

| End of registration until course start | 50 % of the course money |
