Spider Incident and Change
Here you can download the current version of Spider Incident, Change. Both are bundled with OperationsManager. Please follow the installation instructions.
OperationsManager 4.7 relies on the Enterprise Services Infrastructure 4.6.0 components, which have to be installed prior installing or updating to OM 4.7.
Web based Live Demo System
The Spider Incident demo system has been configured with two support teams (first and second level support) and the corresponding accounts.
- First Level Supporter: email@example.com
- Second Level Supporter: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Password: Brainware123
The e-mail account for external e-mails is support(at)demo.itm2go.com. E-Mails sent to this account are automatically transformed into tickets.
Note: In order to test all possibilities, including administration functions, please register free of charge on itm2go and use the full functional scope for next 90 days.
